Shipping policy

We print every product to order and ship worldwide from the United States.
This policy explains how we process and ship your order, estimated delivery times, and your responsibilities as a customer.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business days) of purchase.

  • Dispatch Time: After processing, items are printed, packed, and shipped within 2–5 business days.
    (Please note: Processing and dispatch times are separate from shipping transit times.)


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates only and may be affected by customs checks, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Domestic (USA) 2–5 business days*
International (excluding customs time) 5–15 business days

Additional Notes:

  • Remote U.S. areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories): add 7–12 business days.

  • During peak holiday periods, please allow up to 10 extra business days beyond these estimates.


3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options (economy or express) along with their costs and estimated transit times.
Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.*


4. Risk of Loss & Title

Unless stated otherwise in writing, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the carrier scans the package (shipment contract).
After tracking shows “delivered,” TUFF is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. but we will help you file a claim with the carrier when possible.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes (VAT/GST), brokerage, or import fees.
These charges are not included in our prices and are not refundable.


6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot make changes after your order is placed and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refunds or reshipments are not provided in these cases (except for damaged or defective products covered under our Defective Item Replacement & Refund Policy).


7. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, your order may ship in multiple packages from different production partners.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
Shipping fees will still only be charged once at checkout.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 25 days of its estimated delivery date (domestic) or 40 days (international), please contact us at tuffwears0@gmail.com within one (1) week of that time.
Qualifying cases may be eligible for a one-time replacement or refund, subject to investigation.


9. Carrier Inquiries

Our team has access to the same tracking information you receive.
For the most accurate delivery updates or transit issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
